5. Nationaler 2012 (2012-06-23)

Very small forest, but still kind of interesting race. Some mistakes and above average speed made my final result sounds nice. Unfortunatelly all the best swiss guys ran the World cup, so the competition wasn't so tough:-( Interesting was the choice to control number 5. I chose straight on, which was really difficult, because the slopes were super wet after some rains and it was almost imposible to run in some places. At the end I went to low, which cost me some half a minute. Still don't know if the upper choise was better or not, but number 4 seems to me to low...And I must say, after I saw Gion's splits, that I have to improve uphill running!;-)
