CZE Ultralong championships (2009-04-25)

My first UL gold!! I felt pretty good and run my race from begining. Only small mistakes, but mistakes made everybody, because it was more difficult then it looks. In my 2nd loop the controls (especialy these water ditches) were very hidden. Sistem this year: intervall start, two different loops with butterflies. Long: 21,5 km. My time around 128minutes. And something more: after my win I had my first doping test.
